FlightLogger is pleased to announce a new partnership with Pilatus Aircraft Ltd, the Swiss aerospace company based in Stans and internationally recognized for producing unique aircraft and market-leading pilot training systems.

Founded in 1939, Pilatus has grown into one of Central Switzerland’s largest and most innovative employers, with more than 3,300 employees and a global presence supported through subsidiaries in the United States and Australia. Pilatus’ commitment to quality, innovation, and operational excellence is reflected in its long-term focus on aircraft development, pilot training systems, and delivery to customers worldwide.

With this new partnership, Pilatus will adopt FlightLogger’s digital training management platform to support structured oversight and consistency across training operations, enabling teams to centralize workflows and improve visibility across training activities.

Supporting modern training environments with a connected digital backbone

As pilot training requirements evolve - with increased emphasis on structured programs, traceability, and consistent documentation - training organizations need platforms that can connect people, schedules, records, and operational processes in one system.

FlightLogger helps aviation training organizations digitize and streamline key workflows such as:

  • Scheduling and resource coordination
  • Training program oversight and progress tracking
  • Documentation and compliance readiness
  • Standardized grading and instructor feedback
  • Operational visibility and reporting

“Pilatus represents the highest standards of Swiss aviation excellence, and we’re proud to welcome them as a FlightLogger partner,” said Kasper Valgren, VP of Revenue at FlightLogger. “This collaboration is about supporting structured, scalable training operations with the kind of digital backbone that enables transparency, consistency, and long-term operational control.”

A partnership focused on long-term value

The partnership reflects a shared focus on operational clarity, quality, and continuous improvement. Over the coming period, FlightLogger and Pilatus will work closely to ensure implementation, adoption, and long-term value creation - with emphasis on:

  • Building consistent digital workflows that support daily execution

  • Strengthening oversight and operational transparency across training activities

  • Supporting audit-ready documentation and structured training records

  • Enabling scalable operations as training needs evolve

“As our training operations continue to evolve, we’re focused on strengthening structure, transparency, and consistency across the organisation. FlightLogger gives us a modern digital platform to support training oversight and documentation in one place - helping our teams work with clearer visibility and more standardized processes.” - Pilatus Aircraft Ltd
