Tréner Flight Academy extends long-term partnership with FlightLogger, reinforcing digital foundation for airline-grade pilot training

FlightLogger is pleased to announce a renewed 48-month partnership with Tréner Flight Academy, one of Central Europe’s most established professional pilot training organizations. The extended agreement marks the next chapter in a collaboration that began in 2017, when Tréner became the first fully digital Approved Training Organization (ATO) in Hungary.

Since adopting FlightLogger, Tréner has continued to strengthen its position as a key player in regional and airline-aligned pilot training. As training demand, operational complexity, and regulatory expectations have increased over the years, FlightLogger has remained a central part of the academy’s digital backbone - supporting structured training delivery, operational oversight, and compliance across departments.

“Tréner was one of the early adopters of fully digital training operations, and this renewal reflects the strength of a partnership that has matured over many years,” said Kasper Valgren, VP of Revenue at FlightLogger. “Extending the agreement for another four years is not just about continuity - it’s about deepening the collaboration and ensuring Tréner has a digital foundation that supports both today’s operations and future ambitions.”

Supporting airline-aligned training at scale

Founded in 1992, Tréner Flight Academy has trained more than 1,200 commercial pilots who are now flying worldwide. As a partner training organization of Wizz Air since 2015, Tréner delivers airline-aligned programs for more than 100 cadets annually, supported by a modern fleet of owned aircraft, FNPT II simulators, and a fully integrated campus at Nyíregyháza Airport.

Operating at this scale requires more than strong instruction - it requires transparency, consistency, and real-time operational control. FlightLogger supports Tréner across scheduling, training progress tracking, documentation, and compliance, enabling the academy to maintain high training standards while managing increasing volume and complexity.

“Over the years, FlightLogger has become a core part of how we manage and oversee our training operations. As our activity and responsibilities have grown - particularly through our airline partnerships - having a structured, digital platform has been essential. This renewed agreement reflects our confidence that FlightLogger will continue to support our long-term development and training quality.”

- Máté Szász, Safety and Compliance Monitoring Manager, Tréner Flight Academy

A partnership focused on the years ahead

The renewed 48-month agreement reflects a shared commitment to long-term collaboration and continuous improvement. Over the coming years, Tréner and FlightLogger will focus on further strengthening the academy’s digital training framework, with emphasis on

  • Increased transparency across training and operations

  • Expanded digital workflows to reduce manual processes

  • Continued compliance readiness aligned with airline and authority requirements

  • Leveraging new platform capabilities from FlightLogger’s evolving product roadmap

  • Supporting Tréner’s role as a leading airline-aligned training organization in Central Europe

The extended partnership underscores both organizations’ dedication to delivering structured, scalable, and future-ready pilot training in an increasingly demanding aviation environment.
